Lakshmi's Tea Hut is born from the lineages and paths that have shaped us on our journey of seeking and finding. From the Taoist Way of Tea to the Hindu traditions of Yoga, Lakshmi's Tea Hut offers a gateway into the Sacred—inviting these ancient practices into your home and your heart.

Dharma has been on the path of Self Enquiry for 10 years now after a normal Aussie life of footy, beers and chippy work which fell apart dramatically in his late 20’s with a life changing event. From that point, he made significant life changes which led him exploring Hatha Yoga, Buddhism, Advaita, Bhakti, Jnana Yoga, Toaism and Tea, in depth. His journey has been very transformative and includes 200hr, 300hr yoga teacher trainings, several 10-day silent retreats, pilgrimages to sacred sites in India and extended stays in Ashrams with Established teachers globally. He regularly visits India to deepen his understanding, immerse himself more in the culture and be more established in his truest expression. He plays Kirtan, teaches Yoga, serves Tea and uses his craft to make tea and altar tables. Dharma is passionate about sharing what he knows with those seeking answer to their own internal enquiry of Self through different formats and levels of Sadhana. Jai Guru Dev.

Grace has devoted around seven years to Cha Dao The Way of Tea, an ancient Chinese Daoist practice that supports healing and awakened presence. Introduced to tea by a dear friend, she fell in love with the spirit of Tea straight away. In the past couple of years, Grace has deeply connected to the lineage through Global Tea Hut, her teacher Wu De and Connor, both graciously guiding her through many courses and in-person immersions and retreats to deepen in the practice. For Grace, ceremony is a lived devotion, a pathway to the Divine, and a means of nurturing Self-cultivation.
